Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, username, hashed password, and account settings.
• Profile information: display name, bio, profile and banner images, and listings you publish.
• Identity verification (sellers): ID documents and selfie checks are collected and processed by our verification partner, Veriff. OrderFrky does not store your ID images. We store only your verification status and decision, and your legal name and date of birth, which are encrypted.
• Shipping addresses: encrypted at rest and only decrypted to fulfil an order or purchase a label.
• Messages: message contents between buyers and sellers are encrypted at rest.
• Payout details (sellers): bank details are encrypted at rest and only shown in masked form, such as the last four digits.
• Transaction information: orders, amounts, fees, shipping and tracking status, claims, and payout history. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by OrderFrky.
• Usage and analytics: views of storefronts and product pages, along with basic device, browser, and log data used to operate and secure the Platform.

How we use it

• To create and manage accounts and storefronts.
• To verify that sellers are adults and who they say they are.
• To process payments, purchase shipping labels, deliver orders, and pay out seller earnings.
• To deliver messages, order updates, and account notices.
• To screen content, prevent fraud and chargebacks, and enforce our policies.
• To show sellers aggregate view statistics for their store and products.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share it

We share only what each service provider needs to perform its function:

• Payment processor: payment details and order amounts needed to process payments, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Veriff: the identity and age information sellers submit for verification.
• Shippo and shipping carriers: the minimum shipping data needed to create labels and deliver orders, such as the recipient name and address and parcel details. Labels print a platform return address so a seller's home address is not shown to buyers.
• Resend: your email address and message content needed to send account and order emails.
• Legal and safety: authorities or other parties where required by law, to protect users, or to report suspected exploitation of minors to NCMEC.

Buyers and sellers see only the information needed to complete a sale. Sellers receive a buyer's shipping details only through the label flow, and buyers never see a seller's home address.

Discreet billing

Purchases appear on card statements under a neutral billing descriptor. Seller names and item descriptions are not shown on your statement. Order emails use plain, non-descriptive subject lines.

Retention

We keep account and profile data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, chargeback, or legal purposes, which are retained only as long as required. Verification records are kept for the period required by law and our payment partners.

Security

Sensitive data, including legal names, dates of birth, shipping addresses, message contents, and bank details, is encrypted at rest. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to personal data is limited to staff and systems that need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your account and personal information, subject to the retention limits above.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

You can update most details in your profile settings. For other requests, email privacy@orderfrky.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies

We use only essential storage for sign-in and core site functions, and no third-party advertising trackers. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Age restriction

OrderFrky is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will close the account and delete the information, except where we must retain it to report to authorities.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above and notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
