Prohibited Items & Content

Minors: zero tolerance

Any content, listing, or conduct involving a minor, or anyone who appears to be under 18, is strictly prohibited. This includes imagery, descriptions, role-play, or references suggesting youth. Accounts involved are permanently removed, earnings are withheld, and we report all suspected child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

Prohibited content

• Nudity or sexual imagery in listing photos, profile images, banners, or any other uploaded media.
• Explicit or sexual wording in titles, descriptions, tags, usernames, bios, reviews, or messages.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or content promoting violence or self-harm.
• Personal contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or home addresses, in listings, profiles, or messages.
• Requests for or offers of payment outside OrderFrky, including payment app handles, links, or cryptocurrency addresses.

Prohibited services

• Sexual services of any kind.
• In-person meetups, dates, or escorting.
• Custom sexual content.
• Video, photo, or live sessions, whether sold alone or bundled with an item.

Prohibited items

• Items with bodily fluids or biohazards beyond ordinary wear.
• Used medical or hygiene items.
• Items the seller does not personally own.
• Counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods, or items that infringe someone else's rights.
• Weapons, ammunition, and weapon accessories.
• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, and prescription medications or devices.
• Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, and cannabis products.
• Any item that is illegal to sell or ship in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction.

How we enforce

• Automated screening. Text is checked against prohibited keyword lists and uploaded images are scanned before they are published. Content that fails screening is blocked.
• Manual review. Our team reviews flagged content, user reports, and accounts showing risk signals.
• Removal. Violating listings, media, reviews, and messages are removed, and related orders may be cancelled and refunded.
• Suspension. Serious or repeated violations lead to suspension or permanent termination of the account.
• Earnings hold. We may hold earnings while a violation is investigated and withhold amounts needed to cover refunds, chargebacks, or losses.

We decide whether content or conduct violates this policy at our discretion. Where required, we report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

How to report

If you see a listing, profile, or message that breaks these rules, email report@orderfrky.com with a link to the content or the username involved and a short description of the issue. Reports are confidential. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
